Let me introduce you the results of our work in training of "Management". The results are the employment of graduates. The business area is important because it directly reflects the implementation of the University's mission, that is, meeting the needs of society for specialists. As is evident from the graph slide 4 - We have been successfully working in the task of employability. Expanding and strengthening relationships with industry, the study of their staffing needs and feedback on the quality of training - our priorities in this regard. The issue of employment of graduates of the university is regarded as one of the main ones. There is a Centre to facilitate employment of graduates, producing department successfully work at the University in the task employability. Expanding and strengthening relationships with industry, the study of their staffing needs and feedback on the quality of training - should be more active, focused and ambitious. To facilitate the employment of graduates and their adaptation to the conditions of production in Samara State Technical University organized the work of several departments at the base of the leading enterprises in the region, such as JSC "Giprovostokneft", JSC "Volgaburmash" GNP RCC "TsSKB Progress", JSC "Privolzhsknefteprovod" and some others.

The educational process is stable quality of knowledge acquired by the students. Despite the decline in the quality of students, the University provides a consistent quality of students' knowledge, the demand for graduates in the labor market as a consequence of the continuous professional growth of teachers, their active and effective work with students. However, more professional attention to the student more practical opportunities for students to learn academic disciplines, will further improve the quality of their training. The quality of training is usually measured by three main parameters: employment opportunities; Improve the supply and demand in the field of education; increasing access to education, with particular attention to problem groups on the labor market.

Having analyzed the main form of interaction of the university and the company, we would like to highlight in this aspect of our work results in training students in the field of "Management".
