    Process for tracking containers

    1. Korea send booking and all documents needed : HBL; MBL; Comercial Invoice; Shipping Advice; Packing List.

    2. Introducing all data received in folder Operational Form; 3. Print all documents and arrange in dossier; 4. Till containers arrive, we have to arrange transport to final destination ( find companies and negociate the best offer), port charges(Lo/Lo truck), THC (Terminal Handling Charge) , ocean freight. 5. Wait the Arrival Notice from Shipping Agency and inform customer about arrival. 6. When container arrived, have to wait for Free Line from shipping company, and after to make our House Free Line for customer ( transport carrier); 7. After they pay our invoice, we give to carrier house free line to discharge containers and to transport to customer 8. Transport Carrier inform us cars number and we send to shiping company to get access.
