NESTLE: Company History

Established in 1867 founded by Henri Nestl, a German pharmacist,
launched his Farine lacte, a combination of cows milk, wheat flour and sugar, saving the life of a neighbours child. In 1912 began trading as The Nestl Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company (Export) Limited, importing and selling finished products in the Indian market. In 1961 the company setup its first factory in India , now it has total 7 plants across country
