Managing projects is an important part of managing businesses.

The process of managing projects is designed to assist achieve the aims of becoming successful businesses. This is a two days investigation project and this two day intensive project will provide us with a better understanding of the application of how to conduct a strategic management project. Delegates have the opportunity to complete an assignment after the 2 days, showing how we have applied the learning to make a difference in our work place. Should we choose to do this, and successfully complete the assignment, it can lead towards a qualification at CMI - Award, Certificate, or Diploma. Members of the Professional Development Team are available to offer guidance in this area. This project will introduce us to Project Management skills in a way that will enhance our effectiveness as a leader. In a world where the only constant is change, leaders must be able to identify research and plan projects in order to support the organisations sustainability. This project will enhance this ability.
