Problem Statement

What are the causes of land pollution in the community of Bryants crescent?

Introduction
Land pollution is the contamination of the environment.

Bryants crescent is a residential area, which is situated in May Pen clarendon.The community consist of 500 residents. I have been a member of this community since June 15, 2012.During this period I have notice signs of land pollution, garbages piled on roadsides and some scattered on the road. I have therefore decided to carry out a survey to find what factors account for the high rate of land pollution in Bryants Crescent.

Method of investigation
In this research, I will be using the quantitative method. This allows the researcher to represent information in a numerical order; it allows statistical analysis of data. In this research I will be using questionnaires as my data collection instrument.

Dear Residents, This is a survey Carried out in the Bryants crescent community, Clarendon to find out the cause for the high rate of land pollution in this community.

This study is being done for my social studies school based assessment (S.B.A) you are asked to answer the following questions truthfully, no personal questions are asked so your identity is protected. This is not a test no right or wrong answers. Instructions are given were necessary.
