This letter concems your numerous visits and telephone calls to the Moncton District Office of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). [ wish to inform you that your behaviour has created a climate of fear amongst our employees. For examp! © On July 14, 2008 you visited the office alleging that the militia is shooting lazer beams at your cattle, During this visit you displayed aggressive behaviour towards our veterinarian; + Between the months of October and December, 2008 you made six telephone calls to our staff concerning mutilations to your cattle. These calls were made despite you being notified by letter that your concems do not fall under the ‘mandate of the CFIA. ‘The employees fear for their safety and have reported this to the Corporate Security Division of CFIA. Asa result, we have reported your behaviour to the Codiac Regional RCMP, Should you continue to disrupt the operations at the Moncton Distriet Office, or any other CFIA office, with matters not within the CFIA mandate we will contact the RCMP and request that they take legal action against you. In closing, if you do not cease contacting our employees and attending our offices with these matters outside the CFIA mandate the RCMP will be asked to intervene, Yours truly, Claude J.G.
