Mondays, June 3July 8, 7:158:30 p.m. Flow and Yin Yoga is designed to be a completely balanced yoga asana class, incorporating the complementary practices of an active, heat-building Flow and a more passive, quiet, internal Yin practice. We'll warm up the muscles of the body through a 45minute, moderately challenging Flow practice, then bring our awareness inward for about 15 minutes to focus on improving joint mobility and exibility through longer holds (34 minutes) of more passive poses such as supported backbends and low lunges.
