How much do communities contribute to community colleges?

Community colleges operating budgets are supported in part by the localities that sponsor them. The degree of support varies greatly. Onondaga County,
for example, contributes 17.7 percent of Onondaga Community College's operating budget, the third smallest contribution in the state.
