I, the undersigned Administrator of a sole proprietorship under the name of SORIANO, EDUARDO JOSE, JR. M., a business duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at Rizal Tower Unit 29D, Rockwell Drive, Poblacion, Makati City, Philippines, DO HEREBY CERTIFY: 1.
