Amazing Macaroni and Cheese (My own personal recipe) You will need: 1 lb elbow macaroni 2 lb cheddar cheese

r cheese 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese 1 pint heavy whipping cream stick butter ~ 2 tbsp flour. (note: measure the flour more by eye than by actual measurement) Nutmeg Parmesan cheese (~ 1 small package)

Part 1: Prepare the cheese sauce 1: Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Stir flour into melted butter to make a think rue. Cook to a light peanut butter color. 2: Pour heavy whipping cream into rue and pix well. Simmer cream over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 3: Add a small dash of nutmeg to mixture. 4: Begin melting grated cheddar and jack cheese, stirring vigorously, until all cheese is melted in. The sauce should now be very thick. 5: Cover sauce to keep warm. Part 2: Prepare macaroni. 1: Boil water and cook macaroni. 2: drain macaroni and return to pan. 3: pour cheese sauce on top of pasta and mix together thoroughly. 4: Pour macaroni and cheese into a large glass baking dish. 5: top with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. 6: bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
