I, Congresswoman Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick, am requesting funding for Chapel Hill

Missionary Baptist Church for FY 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Chapel
Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located at 5000 Joy Road, Detroit, Michigan 48204. The center
will be a safe place where children can discover and develop their artistic, leadership, social, and
academic skills. Through activities, mentoring and positive interaction with the judicial system,
the lives of children will be enhanced or saved. This program will serve 300 children between
the ages of 8 - 17. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
