The counseling of the candidates qualified in Ph.D. Entrance Examination 2013 and the candidates exempted from the Ph.D. Entrance Examination (NET-JRF and working teachers of Kumaun University) will be held for the allotment of supervisors as per the following schedule: Venue: The Hermitage, Near Academic Staff College Kumaun University, Nainital 9.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. 10.00 a.m. - 04.00 p.m.

1. Faculty of Science: All subjects on 29th October, 2013 2. Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Commerce & Management: All subjects on 30th October, 2013 3. Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Visual Arts: All subjects on 31st October, 2013 NOTE: 1. 2. The list of the candidates who will be called for the counseling will be uploaded on university website shortly. All the candidates must produce original certificates of academic qualifications. Also, the candidates who appeared in the final examination of their Master degree just prior to Ph.D. Entrance Examination 2013 must produce original marksheet of final examination at the time of counseling. The candidates who have claimed reservation under OBC category must produce their recent valid OBC certificate issued not before last six months at the time of counseling. All the candidates who have applied under NET-JRF category must produce original certificate of NET-JRF qualification at the time of counseling. All working teachers of Kumaun University and its affiliated Colleges who have applied for admission to Ph.D. must also attend the counseling as per aforesaid schedule. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the counseling.
