There are lots of ways wearable computers can enhance both work and everyday lif e of individuals, and

i will try to introduce a few basic concepts at first, the n present some actual, commercially used applications and finally some examples from specific companies. Concepts ## Interactive assistant Intelligent agents are known for example on the WWW, as they can aid a user in p erforming better searchs. In combination with wearable computer, this can have s ignificant impact on the way we work in general: contectually aware intelligent agents can feed us with real-time information or personal messages as the user i s working, or even as he does other things, like sitting on a bus or eating lunc h. Agents can act on the users behalf, communicating with the internet or other wear able users, as described by "Kortuem" et al [83, 84]. In the communities they de scribe, agents running on the individuals wearavle computers act on their owners behalf, negotiation and co-operating with each other during envounters. the age nts have several properties, including being goal oriented, opportunistic ( act in their owners best interest), predictable and rational.
