A combination of subject matter and practice experiences concerned with elementary principles of accounting, accounting terminology, and basic knowledge necessary to keep a simple set of books. unknown Technology Use/Flipped Classroom: Technology is incorporated into nearly every facet of this class and you will need a fully charged computer every day. Most of your homework will be viewing the lessons lecture on your computer and using that information to complete the work in class the following day. It is imperative that you allow the time necessary to view the lectures and practice any required learning that was included in the lesson. A very large percentage of your assignments and tests will be completed/delivered using various programs on your computer and turned in through E-Mail or a submission portal on my Website. We will go over this in depth.

Late Assignments: All homework, projects, etc. must be satisfactorily completed and submitted when due to receive full credit. Failure to do so may result in a reduced grade and/or repeating the assignment. Participation: Students are required to come to class fully prepared and ready to learn. Attention to and respect for both the instructor and other students is required. Attendance: The maximum number of absences permitted before loss of credit is 10. Tardiness: Please arrive on time. All students are expected to be in their seats, quiet, and all materials ready when the tardy bell rings. See your student handbook for additional information. Assessments: May be conducted through classroom activities, quizzes, writing assignments (rubric*), projects (rubric*), as well as paper tests: multiple choice, true or false, matching, short answer, etc.
