WHEREAS, the bid price offered by NEW LAOAG BAZAR of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte is evaluated as the lowest, most complying and responsive bid; NOWTHEREFORE, the BAC, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to recommend unanimously the award of contract for the PURCHASE OF SOUND SYSTEM in accordance with the Schedule of Prices for the Barangay Daquioag, Marcos, Ilocos Norte to NEW LAOAG BAZAR of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte at a total Contact Cost of Thirty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (PHP 31,900.00) being the most responsive, acceptable and complying evaluated bid and most advantageous to the government.
