Ms. Grandison uses many developmentally appropriate strategies to meet the needs of the students. Our class has various types of learners being an inclusion class and she differentiated the accomodate the needs of all students.

Ms. Grandison has taken on my suggestions for student discipline and effectively used seating charts, daily behavior plans, student conferences, parent communication, and positive reinforcement to effectively manage the class.

Ms. Grandison has been a great leader in the class. She clearly stated her expectations from the start and is able to control all aspects of the class in any given situation.

Ms. Grandison clearly analyzes the SOL's to be familiar with the objectives to be taught. She used that information to direct her teaching and make/choose appropriate assessments. Assessements were then analyzed to check for student understanding and she provided remediation as necessary.

Ms. Grandison always carried herself in a positive way. Each day she was prompt, neatly dressed with a smile on her face, ready to teach. Sometimes the job can be overwhelming but she never seemed to let it bother her too much.
