Universal PBIS Interventions (green tier)


In-Class recognitions Bucs given out for good behavior and following the schoolwide expectations Pizza Parties for grades, Referral-Free Dances and parties End of the Year celebration

Secondary PBIS Interventions (yellow tier)

CICO, group counseling, individual counseling, parent conferences

Red Tier PBIS Interventions

Weekly individual counseling, parent conferences, pupil appraisal referrals

How are secondary intervention students are identified:

Students with 3 or more counselor interventions and/or referrals or teacher recommendation

Teacher fills out Request for Assistance (Counselor Intervention Form) and sends to B.U.C.S Coordinator (Deborah Bryan) If 3 or more counselor forms and/or referrals refer to committee Meet for CI/CO assignments Contact the nurse for medical concerns Teachers fill out the Social/Emotional Checklist Meet with committee to develop Functional Analysis

Created by PBIS team once student enters CICO Deborah Bryan collects data from Assistant Principals Attendance Clerk Counselor Nurse Classroom teachers

Daily Progress Report (DPR)


CI/CO form will be used daily by all teachers At the end of the day or week depending on the student rewards will be given based on behavior.

CICO

Reinforcement System

Based on points earned on DPR (daily and accumulated) Bucs will be given out and can be used at concessions, library store and fines, and home games At the end of the 9 weeks if students have any remaining BUCS they may put them in a drawing for a prize.

Student/parent Consent to CICO Program

Consent letter will be sent to the parent

The student will sign a student consent form


CICO Coordinator will also verbally explain program to student and parent CICO Coordinator will pair student with a faculty mentor to encourage the student to participate in the program

Data collection

DPR forms collected daily by CICO Coordinator Discipline data and attendance data collected from PCLINK Test scores collected from cum folder Medical records collected from school nurse

Data usage

Data compiled and shared at monthly PBIS meetings and used to make decisions about CICO students Collective data concerning CICO Program is shared at monthly faculty meetings

Evaluation Plan

Students rewards and graduation from program are based on accumulation of CI/CO points and no additional counselor interventions and/or referrals during the 4 week period.
