Monetary and Material Resources


Eastlawn Primary School- social work support, take home weekend bags for food. Free lunch and breakfast for all students. Get clothes donations for those who need extra clothes, shampoo and hygiene products sent home for those in need. There is a great support team at the schools. Rantoul High School Churches around Rantoul (e.g., Christian Life) provide psychological support for adult community members as well. For those families that need other supports, there are many places like the Youth Center, schools, Churches, Rec Center, and Food Pantry that provide food for families when needed.

Use of the Library: Check out books Computer Lab Read aloud with Librarian Books: Donations from PTO, Annual Book Fair, Scholastic Book Club Credits Spanish and English Fiction and Non-Fiction Leveled books Some teachers let the students pick out whatever books they want, others have them check out books in their levels to complete homework assignments

During the school year (September through May), the library offers several programs for children, which include movies, and After School games, stories and crafts.
