Dear Ms. Reibold,

I am a business student at College of DuPuge. I have been interested in studying abroad for quite some time now. I was recently surfing the web and I came upon the Global Initiative Center website. On the website I learned about your free booklet which explains how to apply for scholarships to study abroad. I would appreciate it if you could send me a copy of the booklet.

Thank you for the help Sohaib Mirza

Dear Mr. Mason,

We have received 10,000 copies of the booklets that we ordered from you (order # 10073H6). The order that you sent was late and had a major printing mistake. All the booklets had several pages missing. This is not the first time that we have encountered a problem with our product. We were assured last time that these mistakes would not occur again. We have enclosed with this letter a copy of the shipping invoice. We hope that you can correct this printing mistake. We would like a new batch of booklets shipped to us by Tuesday. Please get back to us and let us know if this will be possible, if not we will make other arrangements.

Sincerely,

Nancy Reibold Executive Director

J.R Jones Robert Mason 10/15/2013 Discontinuing partnership with ILM

I recommend that we no longer use ILM Printing Company for future subcontracting work. This is not the first time that we have had problems with their work. On our most recent order for Global Initiative Center, they made a major printing mistake. They left out several pages from each booklet and shipped the order to us very late. Their mistakes may have cost us future business with one of our loyal clients. If we continue to do business with them we may lose more customers. To maintain the reputation of our company, and to keep a good working relationship with our clients, we need a more reliable subcontractor. If you have any further questions please call me at 630-652-2666.
