Bolting for structural elements shall be quality 8.8 and hot dip galvanized (zinc coated is not valid, this is a requirement of final client)
Bolting for piping elements (e.g. flanges) shall be according to specification "CLaSES DE TUBERAS" / piping classes.
Include drawing / document code (S003-912007-00-MEC-PM-0001).
Show rev. 00 (do not show additional revisions) Later a rev.01 shall be
included in Spanish language.
Details such as saddles, base plates embedded in concrete for fixing and sliding points, anchor bolts, templates and earthing connections may be
included in "Detail drawing" with code S003-912007-00-MEC-PM-0002.
Finally it was agreed with client that structural elements (handrails, ladder, walkways, ...) shall be
hot dip galvanized (not painted)
In the detail drawing (code S003-912007-00-
MEC-PM-0002) shall be included internal
supports for diver pipes (all internal bolting in
AISI-316).
We suppose that details of attaching / supports of platform, handrail, and ladder shall be included in the detail drawing
(S003-912007-00-MEC-PM-0002). Please, take into account the following design of ladder for a vertical vessel. When
vertical span of ladder exceed 9000 mm, an intermediate platform / landing acc. to COVENIN-2245 (this is not the case).
Regardless of vertical length, ladder shall be provided with a lifeline. As show in figure, for this vessel a landing is only
required at top of ladder (locate ladder at 180)
What is this?
Due to calculation of relief of PSV of T7, the following changes must be done:
* Change T8 to 270.
* Include two T7 nozzles: T7A on top head at 315 and T7B at 45.
* Change T4B to 90.
* Change T10 to 115.

(manhole and leg)
Supports for pipe of T5 nozzle
according to following pages
Please remember that design of diver pipe do
T6 nozzle shall be according to section 7.2.6
of technical specification 912007-00-MEC-
ET-0004 ESPECIFICACION TECNICA DE
DEPOSITOS DE TALLER.
Due to last PROCESS / INSTRUMENT considerations,
nozzles T11A and T11B shall be removed as well as
supports for stand pipe of these nozzles.
