Dr. Stevenson
, Professor C.T.K. Cheri International Journal of
Parasychology Dec 1967 . Dr, Louisa E Rhine
Foundation of Research on Nature of Men Duirham N.C.
journal of Parapsycology Dec. 1966 . -- Parasycologist
must ask. " Whether these ostensible claims that a deceased
personality has been reincarnated in the body of another have
a sufficient priori basis of validity."
Dr. J.B. Rhine has conducted parapsycological research with
in Duke university for several decades. Rhine feel that inspite of
century or so of research on the quiestion of discarnate survival,
few person today consider it settled. In her view the evidence for
life after death is not conclusive." Counter explanation can not
be ruled out with the finality that scientific standard require.
Stevenson has stated in his pamphlet "The evidence for
survival from claimed memories of former incarnation (New York
1961) that, vast majority of Caycees reincarnation cases it has
not been possible to trace the existence of the person mentioned
or indentified as having been in a previous existence, the person
for whom the reading was given.

Wood wrote that logically if there is a continuity at one end of
human life, there may be continuity at the other. If we survive
death, we probably existed before birth. He observed from the
communication throug h the medium, that "there are
differences of opinion in the spirit world also. We do not become
much more enlightened nor for that matter much wiser by the
mere process of dying. Though many simple souls on this side
may have thought so.
Certainly the newly passed do not appear to know any
more about reincarnation then we do and say so frankly. This
fact probably explains why many spritualists in England and
America do not support the theory of the incarnation at all."

I do not know how to explain it unless it is that every life

should run a certain appointed course whose General movement
have been ording before birth. Some times a spirit appears to know
its future life before it comes to earth. I would even go so far as to
suggest that it may have seen its future life mapped out in general
and knows the path it should take. So that the arguments of those
who insist on reincarnation for every soul are equally argument
for this prenatal memory and knowledge 8) I will come back and Be your son -- Derck Hardng. The
little boy knew the Alskan fishing waters just like his grand father,
who had promised that he would be reborn as the son of his own
son. This report is based on a scientific case record compiled at
the university of virgina

9) Bridey Murphy revisited --
1962 .

. .
It is on the one hand, that neither the articles in magazines
and newspapers which have mentioned and commented upon, nor
the comment of the authors of the so called "Scientific report" and
of the other psychiatris hostile to the reincarnation, hypothesis have
succeeded in the disproving, or even in establishing a strong case
against the possibility that many of the statements of Bridey
presonality are genuinely memories of an earlier life of the Virginia
Tighe over a century ago in Ireland.
On the other hand for reasons other than those which were
advanced by those various hostile critics, but which there is no
space here to develop the verification summarized by Barker of
observe point in Ireland, mentioned in Bridey's six recorded

204

conversation with Bernstein, It has not prove that Virginia is

reincarnarion of Bridey nor do they establish a particularly
strong case for it. They do on the other hand constitute fairly
strong evidence that in the hypnotic trances paranormal
knowledge of one or another of sev eral possible kinds
concerning, those recondite facts of nineteenth century Ireland
became manifest.

We have left as serious contenders to explain
it. Either some kind of extra sensory perception puls personation
(where by information gained by ESP is molded into a dramatic
personl from.) Possession (by a spirit entity presumably that of
Ibrahim) or reincarnation with present scientific knowledge, it is
often impossible to seperate these manifestation. Reincarnation
as the most likely explanation is strengthoned through this type of
scholarly on the spot investigation.
11) Judge Frasor's son was reborn and so perhaps was l-C.K.
Shaw -- Mr. Shaw is a veteran observer of the worlds psychic
scence. He writes regular column in a British Magazine prediction.
As a result of half a century of psychic research. I find it a question
that is difficult to answer categorically Metampshychosis or
the supposed migration of soul at death into another body.
If you are in the world of spirit you must still be clothed in a
body of some sort even if it manifests under a different "freqency"
or rate of vibration from the one you known here on earth.
Personally I believe that reincarnation in its generally accepted
sence, that of coming back to earth to live here again is the
exception rather than a rule.
Many of the report I have received however detailled and
sincere they may be, can be resolved on analysis into the broad
but vague realm of "INTUTION" or expresed in another way.

1) Materialistic -- Materialistic
Life is but a short journey from the cradle to the grave.
There is no higher intelligence in the universe then man. His
mind is produced by certain correction of matter and therefore
death and dissolution of the body terminates existence.
Oliver lodge, Camille Flammerian Lambro, man of higher
intelligence and scientific training have unequivocally stated as
the result of their investigation. The intelligence which we call
man survive death of the body, and live on in our midst and
independent identity, of whether we see them or not. It is harmony
with such well established laws, as the law of conservation of matter
and the law of conservation of energy. Mind is a form of energy
and immune from destruction as claim by materialist.

. :

2) Theory of theology -- This claims that just prior to each
birth, a soul is created by god and enter into the world where its
live for time varying from few minute to few score of years. That
at the end of this short span of life it returns though the portal of
death to the invisible beyond, were it remains forever in a condition
of happiness or misery according to the deeds done in the body
during the few years it lived. According to bible man is a composite
being consisting of body, soul and sprit. The two later are

208

- ( )

synonymous, but we insist that they are not inter changeable and
present the following support.
All things are state of vibration. Vibrations from objects in
our surounding are constantly impinging upon us and carry to our
sense a cognition of the external world.
The vibration in the ether act upon our eyes so that we
see. Vibration in the air transmit sound to ear. By means of
breath we receive at each moment our life internally and an accurate
picture of our external surrounding.
According to Rosicrucian mystery teachings, vibrations are
transited to the blood, and then ethed upon a little atom in the
heart as automatically as a moving picture is imprinted on a
sen sitized film. And a record so unds is en graven upo n a
phonographic disc. Soul is a Product of breath record of our
good acts, and are the soul which is saved for, by the union
with the spirit they become immortal.

()
. ( - .)
3) Theory of rebirth - This teaches that each spirit is an
integral part of god that it enfolds all devine possibilities as the
acorn enfolds the back. That by means of many existence in and
earthy body of gradully improving texture its latent powers are
being slowly unfolded and become as dynamic energy. That none
can be lost, but that all will ultimately attain to perfection and reunion with God. Each bringing with it the accumulated experience
which is the frutage of its pilgrimage through matter.
There is but one sin ignorance and one salvation applied
knowledge. We are not here then by caprice of god. But what
we are on account of our diligence our negligence. What we
shall be in future depend upon what we will be and upon divine
caprice or upon inexorable faith.
