Help Mutthuswamy Mutthuswamy works as a teller in a bank. One fine day a robber enters his bank to rob it.

Mutthuswamy is asked to put money in robbers bag. He compiles, but the moment robber leaves the bank he presses the alarm, jumps on his vehicle, follows the bandit, tries to stop him and gets shot in the leg. But he somehow manages to detain the robber till the police shows up. Suddenly he becomes a hero, but the Chief Manager wants to sack him because he broke the rule that all the employees were to wait till the police shows up and to never go for adventure themselves. The public, trade unions etc. are in support of Mutthuswamy. The Chief Manager feels that, though he did a heroic act but his decision not to stick by the rules should result in his sacking, while all others are in his opposition. Now the management has decided to take suggestions of everyone including the robber before coming to a conclusion. Help our Chief Manager to take an appropriate decision.
