The lesson is authentic because the students are being given photos of the area local to them and somewhere that they will know and recognise in the present version of the photo and clearly notice the changes from the past version of the photo. This lesson is cooperative because the students will be working in groups of 2 or 3 to connect the images in their differences. This lesson is intentional because the students will be doing an enjoyable activity where they will be preparing for the basic knowledge of past and present that they require for future lessons. Lesson 2: This lesson is underpinned by 2 of the 5 aspects of constructivism active and cooperative. This lesson is active because the students will be manipulating their ideas by putting them onto a web based communication device called Padlet this will allow the students ideas to be shared with the rest of the class in a non-threatening way. This lesson is cooperative because the students will participate in sharing their thoughts and ideas in a mutual non-threatening way that will allow all students to have an equal starting field. Lesson 3: This lesson is underpinned by 4 of the 5 aspects of constructivism active, constructive, authentic and intentional. The lesson is active because the students are using technology to manipulate the information they have collected from the interview which they have conducted. It is constructive because the students are integrating the knowledge that they have collected and reflecting on it by using it in a new situation. It is authentic because it allows the students to go into a real world situation and interview an elderly person and relate it to their own learning situation. It is intentional because the students are being given ample opportunity to develop their own learning by delving further into the knowledge they already possess but doing so in their own time. Lesson 4: This lesson is underpinned by 2 of the 5 aspects of constructivism constructive and cooperative. The lesson is constructive because the students here given the opportunity to reflect on what information they have gathered and how they have presented their information by reading it to other students. It is cooperative because the students are working together to review their knowledge and reflecting on the writing skills of other people.
