The statuses of UA applicants in Hancock are: "Incomplete, Ineligible, Benefit Request, Invoiced, Exported to CORE." Create a dashboard screen where your agency can see the total count of applicants currently under each status and be able to hyperlink to a list of the applicants? Hancock has a similar screen for weatherization called "Client Status 4 Screen" Add red asterisks to the screens to signify all required fields 5 or CORE-required fields. Date fields - Format the date fields to display slashes, so the users only have to enter numerical values and not slashes. For example, now users need to enter 2/1/2014, in 6 the new format users would enter 2 1 2014 For the priority calculations, agencies want to make sure intake staff do not overlook these checkboxes. Therefore, it was suggested to add a check box for none so the intake worker would not overlook the 4 priorities and the software would require you to check at least one box. 7 Ability to print eligibility letters in a batch (The eligibility 8 letter notifies a client they qualify for the program) On the documents screen, add the ability to update multiple 9 documents in one step. When a client reapplies for the program and is eligible, instead of re-entering the client, you can copy a client. There was a request to add the ability for comment fields to follow a client when the client is copied to another program 10 year or sent to Hancock's weatherization system 11 Add agency specific logos on letters and reports

A better way to manage incomplete applications - One agency expressed the interest for the ability to only have client name required in the software, then track the completion of the application. 1. Add a checkbox and controls for "Application Requested" and "Application Sent". From there we would like to be able to batch print address labels. When we receive an incomplete application, we would like a check box to indicate as such. If the application is complete then we can proceed as normal. 2. Applied date is not a factor by the time some clients are eligible, based on priority points and completed documents. We need to be able to see a waiting list based on priority points in Hancock - application date should be informational only. 3. Add a feature for uncertified (ineligible) applications that need to be reviewed (mail in application, online application ) with a tracking system, which allows changing the status during the process of certification, e.g. "Awaiting income doc, utility bills...etc." also, name of user attempting to certifying the 12 application.

Add New Reports: 1. A report to show which client benefits have not been exported to CORE. 2. A "detailed or concise" option on all reports. Detailed should include client name, address, and # so that we can avoid duplication. 3. Edits reports so that they are organized by county or by program/contract. For example, the incomplete document list currently separates out clients by city, which is unnecessary and causes us to have to make substantial edits to the excel document to make it work for us. 4. Agency Invoice - Once the Invoice is created, should indicate the "Benefit Request Date selected in "Create Payment" screen and the number of records, to justify the dollar amount of Invoice and to verify the exported quantity going to CORE 5. Run reports using each customer certification date and not the intake date. 6. Total count of $ and clients helped for a given date range irregardless of Not 13 contract. scored
