I am applying for the assistant principal position at your school. I am a highly effective teacher in Houston ISD that has great experience coaching teachers. Your school has a great school profile. However, scores in math and science may be greatly improved. If we want to change our educational system, we must be willing to look at our educational practices in a different light.
