LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
We are indeed glad to inform you that having satisfied the recruitment procedure earlier
adopted by the members of our HR Team, The Board of Directors (QATAR FOUNDATION
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL SERVICES COMPANY) has unanimously offered you a
position with our Company as:

MONTHLY SALARY: $10,500 .00 (TEN THOUSNAD, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY)

JOB LOCATION: DOHA, QATAR.

DURATION OF CONTRACT: 5 YEARS

WORK PERIODS: SUNDAYS-THURSDAYS

includes your job responsibilities and other related documents shall be forwarded to your
door post via courier service within fifteen days of this appointment.

IMPORTANT ISSUES

ACCOMMODATION: QATAR FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL SERVICES
COMPANY has provided a suitable Accommodation in the forms of self content
(applying to single Employees) and family sized accommodations (in the case of
married Employees) in the QATAR FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL
SERVICES COMPANY Residential Estate. Services of Chauffeurs, gardeners, stewards
and butlers are available upon request by Employees at the expense of the QATAR
FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL SERVICES COMPANY. Privacy rights are
strictly observed and will NOT BE VIOLATED.

7.0 PERFORMANCE BONUSES: Employee shall be entitled to over-time allowance if
employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to
increments with time of employees' official promotions and position in service.
All so effective upon completion of the appointment contract, a total sum of USD
$150,000 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) completion benefit shall
be paid to the Employee as a severance benefit.

DISABILITY: In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of
illness or incapacity for a period of more than (4) weeks, the compensation otherwise
during the said illness or incapacity will be reduced by (10) percent. The Employee's
full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is
absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over (2) months, the
Company may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Company's obligations
under this agreement will cease on that date.

10.0 INSURANCE/ DEATH BENEFIT: QATAR FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
OIL SERVICES COMPANY will provide Employee with life insurance coverage,
Hospitalization and major medical insurance at no cost to the Employee. Should
Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's
estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred
and onward proceeding to the employees family for duration of (5) years.

VISA: The cost of securing Employees Qatar five years Residence and Work permit
Visa, GCC Employment Authorization Certificate and Security Clearance Card for
the period of five years duration of the contract remains the responsibility of the
Employee with good directives from the Company and will be reimbursed
subsequently. This is to enable us meet up with other outstanding responsibilities

before the arrival of our Employees as we have many prospective employees for this
numerous project.

INTERVIEW: Interviews shall be conducted orally upon arrival before our two weeks
orientation programme. This is done because we cannot hold telephonic interview due
to ascent differences as well as the good number prospective employees. We are
accepting you based on the information which we have found on your resume
submitted to our Human Resources Department for screening. In this regard, all
foreign applicants with this appointment bond are hereby approved for this
employment and ready to join our team.

On acceptance of this Letter of Appointment, you are required to print out this
employment bond, fill the gaps in the last page, sign and attach a copy of your
passport size photograph on the space given, scan and send a copy back to us and a
copy to MIDEAST LEGAL AND TRAVEL CONSULTANTS (MLTC) for immediate
processing of your legal traveling 5 YEARS WORK-RESIDENCE VISA, GCC Employment
Authorization Certificate and Security Clearance Card which must not exceed the

of April, 2014.

On the acceptance of this Appointment Letter, QATAR FOUNDATION FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND OIL SERVICES COMPANY shall immediately begin with the
process of securing all the necessary preparations for your comfort on your arrival
along with the payment of your three months up-front salary that will enable you
shoulder your local expenses before your arrival.

As a result of the recent number of candidates being employed through our various
Project sites located in Qatar, we humbly would like to inform you that all our newly
hired prospective employees (Non Qatar Residents) are expected to procure their valid
5 YEARS WORK-RESIDENCE VISA, GCC Employment Authorization Certificate and
Security Clearance Card through Qatars legal and accredited Immigration Agency
(MIDEAST LEGAL AND TRAVEL CONSULTANTS (MLTC)) in partnership with QATAR
FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL SERVICES COMPANY.

Al recently hired employees of QATAR FOUNDATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OIL
SERVICES COMPANY who do not reside in Qatar presently and without a valid 5
YEARS WORK-RESIDENCE VISA, GCC Employment Authorization Certificate and
