Theory can be traced back to Hippocrates and Platos ideas about the
temperaments of humans and their ideas about character and personality.
In 1978, Don Lowry took their personality concepts and applied it to the color
metaphors of Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange.
The True Colors assessment is a model for understanding yourself and others
based on your personality temperaments.
Each of us is a combination of these True Colors and that makes up our
personality spectrum, with one style being the most dominant.
Identifies you and others personalities and provide insight into different
motivations, actions, and communication approaches.
