You may notice that entire appeal cases are pending for years with out due care and follow up actions; we are get
bothered due to this. We have already written to Joseph & Kurian about this matter and asked them to furnish an
up dated feed backs of the positions of the cases. In this situation we require your delicate personal attention in all
posting dates of the each case and you may remain at court till the completion of daily proceeding of the case, and
give the feed back of court proceeding to Managing Director, General Manager &Central Office. You may try to
keep a parallel files for each cases and if you inform me I shall give you the photo copies of documents available with
me.
