Prepare 1250ml fresh Veggie Cider with the followings:
A 2575W (110V or 220V depends on your location) food blender

0.5 tspoon rock salt

1 Carrot
1 Red Beet Root
1 Corn
2 Tomatos
2 Fruits (Sour& Sweet):
Eg.Apple/Pineapple/Kiwi/Strawberry/Blueberry
2 Celery
4 fresh Parsley
4 fresh Rosemary
4 fresh Basil
5 pcs black pepper
20g Spirulinia
1 slice ginger
1 slice garlic

Food at 8am: 250ml luke-warm Pi Water

Food at 12n: Salad with following ingredients:
        1 Cucumber
         1 Purple onion
         1 Purple Lettuce
         1 Spinash
         1 White carrot
         1 Mint leaf
         1 Green lemon
         1 Tspoon Tea Tree/Olive Oil
         1 Tspoon Coconut oil
         1 Tspoon Organic Apple Vinegar
        1 tspoon clove powder
        1 tspoon cumin powder
        1 cup fresh Blueberry/wolfberry
        1 cup Clover sprout
        +/- 30g sardine/ 30g organic egg/ 30g Turkey/ 30g Lamb
( 2 x/ week)

Food at 5pm: 250ml veggie cider + 1tspoon honey
Food at 6pm: Cooked Multi-Grain with following ingredients:
50cc buckwheat/ red rice
100cc sprout red/black beans

60g Raw Walnut
