Food at 12n: Salad with following ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1 Purple onion
1 Purple Lettuce
1 Spinash
1 White carrot
1 Mint leaf
1 Green lemon
1 Tspoon Tea Tree/Olive Oil
1 Tspoon Coconut oil
1 Tspoon Organic Apple Vinegar
1 tspoon clove powder
1 tspoon cumin powder
1 cup fresh Blueberry/wolfberry
1 cup Clover sprout
+/- 30g sardine/ 30g organic egg/ 30g Turkey/ 30g Lamb
( 2 x/ week)
Food at 3pm: 500ml veggie cider
Food at 5pm: 250ml veggie cider + 1tspoon honey
Food at 6pm: Cooked Multi-Grain with following ingredients:
50cc buckwheat/ red rice
100cc sprout red/black beans
100g Pumpkin
200g Sweet potatos
60g Flaxseed
60g Raw Black Sesame
60g Raw Pumpkin Nut
60g Raw Almond
60g Raw Walnut

Food at 8pm: 250ml luke warm Pi Water + 2tspoon honey
Soup twice a week (Boiled for 45min):

Seaweed/Kelp
1 Potato

Ginger
