The number of students enrolled in UMNE College is as follows:

In 2000, the number of students enrolled was 100
In 2001, the number of students enrolled was 150
In 2002, the number of students enrolled was 200
This pattern has been continuing every year thereafter.
Find: (a) How many students are expected to be enrolled in 2010
(b) The total number of student enrolled including 2009.

Sandra Dee is planning to buy a motorcar. On April 1, 2004 she opened a saving account
with $500. She decided to double her saving on monthly basis. So on May 1, 2004 she
deposited $1000 to her account and June 1, 2004 she deposited $2000 to her account, and
so on. Assume that she continued saving at this rate

A man divides $1005 amongst 4 children; the amounts allocated being in G.P. If the
largest amount is 8 times the smallest amount, find the amounts allocated to each of the
children.
