1) PRICE BASIS:

The above quoted price is to be understood Ex-our Works, excluding Packing (extra
charges for Packing and Forwarding is quoted separately), Freight charges, Insurance
charges, Excise Duty (now at 8.24%) Central Sales Tax (now at 2% against ‘C’
Form), Octroi and any other levies which may be applicable at the time of delivery,
all of which will have to be paid by you in extra at actuals.

2) TERMS OF PAYMENT:

50% along with Purchase Order.

Balance along with taxes and duties against Proforma Invoice.

3) DELIVERY PERIOD:

Within ‘2-3’ weeks on receipt of MPP Technologies’ firm Order

with advance payment.

4) PACKING & FORWARDING CHARGES:

Packing and Forwarding Charges will be charged extra @ 5% of the order value.

5) FREIGHT CHARGES & INSURANCE CHARGES:

Material will be despatched through reliable transport on “Freight to Pay” basis.

6) VALIDITY:

This offer is valid 30 days from the date of this quotation.

7) GENERAL:

- Order once placed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

- Items supplied in case of order will have to be mounted / assembled by
M/s. MPP Technologies themselves.
