ORDER TO DISMISS WITH PREDUJICE


The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs Innovative Display Technologies LLC and Delaware
Display Group LLC and Defendant Apple Inc.s Joint Motion (Dkt. No. 119) to Dismiss with
Prejudice. All issues between Plaintiffs and Apple Inc. in this lawsuit stand resolved. Under
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), the Court dismisses Case No. 2:13-cv-301 against
Defendant Apple Inc. WITH PREJUDICE, with each party to bear its own costs, expenses, and
attorneys fees.
The Court notes that Case No. 2:13-cv-527 is the lead case for several other lawsuits that
the Court consolidated for pretrial issues. Dkt. No. 14. None of the other consolidated lawsuits
and none of their respective defendants are dismissed by this order.
