I have learned that I have peers to confide in and ask for help when I need it. This
organization is a great resource. I can keep up-to-date in the world of education. I learn that
being part of this organization can open many doors.

2. Discuss how these key points connect to your content area.
These key points connect to my content area by given me avenues to pursue when entering my
career. I can seek help within the organization. This help will keep me in the profession. The
statistics of 50% of teachers leave the profession within the first five years is overwhelming. I
hope to find help when battling frustration.

3. Share how you might use this new information in your future classroom.
I will use the resources stated on the KDP website to help facilitate lessons. I will keep in touch
with my fellow KDP members to share knowledge and lessons.
