BEED III A

Teacher I
Step 1: I will need to receive a diploma in high school for a college
enrolment.
Step 2: To teach in a public school, I must complete a bachelor's degree
program.
Step 3: Most academic programs in education include the courses
necessary to apply for state teacher certification.
Step 4: I can gain such certificates from the National Board for
Professional Teaching Standards.

Teacher II
I am permanent in teaching. After 1 or 2 years I will apply to be a teacher
II. If I lucky I am promoted to teacher II. I will pass the following requirements
such as performance rating that is fit to be a teacher II. I will attend seminars to
study and to be a teacher II, and after I am a teacher II I will apply to be a
teacher III.
Master Teacher I
After 3 or 4 years and after I am a teacher III, I planned to be a master
teacher. I will study to master degree schools to have 18 units that are require being
a Master Teacher I. I have performance ratings that are very satisfactory in my two
years in teaching. And I have a leadership points that are 25 points. After I am a
Master Teacher I, I am target or apply to become a Master Teacher II.
Master Teacher II
After 1 year of Master Teacher I, I apply to be a Master Teacher II. I pass the
following requirement to become a Master Teacher II. I have a long time teaching
experience. I have a performance rating that is above in very satisfactory. I have 24 units
that are require becoming a Master Teacher II. I have a leadership points at least 30
points. After all the Master Teacher II, if I have a time or if I am not too old I plan to
become a principal or study a doctorate degree.
