Putting microbes in your food on purpose

Then we eat the food!

Kombucha

Makes it taste in a way that we like
Does something that we like to the food
What is fermentation good for?
Yeast fungus makes a gas in dough that
makes the bread rise.
Yeast fungus makes alcohol from sugar
in sweet drinks.
