1 .Machine Running
i) Start and stop machine
ii) Key in and adjust parameter
iii) Trouble shooting
2.Do simple maintenance
Open nozzle stuck
Repair heater and thermo couple it spoilt
Monitoring consistency running machine
3.Mold
Setup mold
Servicing and do simple tooling job it quality problem
Polishing
Open parts stuck
Modify under cut-center pin

4.Testing new mold making FA
Write and update parameter
Study and monitoring new running model
Install core system or hot runner system it necessary
5.Robot
Setup robot arm
Install program according to mold
Study and setup robot arm jig for new mold part model
Do simple maintenance job like servicing,adjust or change sensor
or limit switch
Repair or change leaking air hose
6.Auxillary
Install or monitor hot water,hot oil or chiller set when use and do
simple maintenance job it fault
Install air blow it necessary,according to mold or part model
Monitor hooper dryer and do simple maintenance job it
problem/fault
Check and repair sorting table lamp it problem
Prepair and repair hot cutter or air jet it use
Check and repair indication file or cars on maintenance like
parameter file,machine or mold monitoring file,work instruction
7.Inter section or department job
Summit first pieces part
Follow up quality
Summit maintenance form and followup repair(for
machine,robot,auxillary set and others)
Summit mold repair modify form
Follow up and discuss how to solve problem and monitor
8.Others
Arrange operator
Monitor output and reject
Monitor part quality
Help make or prepare carton,layer,PE bags
Crushing and mix material (when o.t or no material handel)
Monitor and do 5s
