I was her supervisor during her internship in Avantis Marketing Division for a duration of 1 month
i.e. December 2013.
Her main tasks during the internship were: -
School Outreach She built strong relationships with low-income schools to conduct
Avantis annual selection process
Career Counseling She conducted career counseling sessions in low-income schools and
invited applications from students for Avantis Fellowship
Selection Tests She singlehandedly executed end-to-end administration of multiple
selection tests within low income schools.

Nidhi came across as a dedicated and hardworking individual, and required minimum handholding.
She was quick to learn the ropes, and although the duration of her internship was only a month, she
made a significant contribution.
