posture, and tempo
2. 2:1:4 Sing simple ostinatos
3. 2:1:10 Use Curwen hand signs to read pentatonic patterns
Methods of Assessing Objectives:

Materials: Tideo
Procedures:
1. Walk in song
a. Join your hands
2. Hello song+Name song
3. Sing Tideo with students (w/hand signals)
a. Review ostinato (remember playing it on bells?)
b. You can also use your voice to sing an ostinato
4. Split class into 3 groups
a. Melody
b. Ostinato- Jingle at the window
c. Ostinato- Tideo
5. Explain what the Jingle at the window Ostinato is doing
6. Have melody and JATW ostinato sing together
a. Check for understanding
7. Add in Tideo ostinato, explaining their role
8. Have melody and 2nd ost. Sing together
a. Check for understanding
9. Have all three groups sing together
