Michael J. Wood declares under penalty of perjury, as provided for by 28 U.S.C. 1746,
that the following statements are true:

That I am admitted to practice within the State Courts of Illinois, and the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (General and Trial Bar).

2.

That I am a 2013 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

3.

That I have experience in FDCPA litigation and collection defense litigation, which are
the focus of my practice.

4.

That I am counsel to 31 FDCPA cases in the Northern District, including 3 class actions.

5.

That I am counsel to more than 100 debt defense cases in the Circuit Court of Cook
County.

6.

I am co-counsel in the following FDCPA class-action cases:

represent plaintiffs in contingent fee cases in federal court in Illinois, and in Illinois state
courts.
