Septaoe Blodloester

Work for this contract comprises the construction of a facility for anerobic treatment ol septage,
corn stover, biosolids and other organic waste material to produce biogas electrical power and
treated biosolids. The contract work includes a design/build component, for the biodigester and
biogas electrical generator.

The scope of work includes the following:

1.

One - 1,000 ms capacity concrete anaerobic digester.

2.

One - 100 m3 capacity concrete hydrolyzer.

3.

One

100 kW biogas generator, associated equpment, emergency boiler/radiator

systm, MCC and PLC and storage container.

5.

2 ms pasleurizer system, associated equipment, so mo FoG storage tank.

One (1) septage bar screening staton.

6.

one (1) drum separator for dewatering septage, including polymer injection system,

mixing system and chopper pumps.

7.

Control and Dewatering Building (9.2 m x 8.3 m), two story, which will contan the
drum separator, pasteurizer, otfice, odour control room and washroom.

One (1) 1,064 m3 concrete digestate storage tank and accessories.

Boiler and waste gas flare.

10.

All miscellaneous equipment, hot water piping, site piping, pumps, process piping
and site grading.

11.

Bale storage areas.

12.

Access roads and drainage provisions.

13.

Commissioning of the biodigester and septage treatment system.
