3. Scroll down the screen to find EBS Agent in the Jump to list
4. Click on this link and you will be redirected to the login screen for EBS4 Agent.
5. Enter your network username and password then click the Login button.
6. You will be logged into EBS4 Agent, and taken to the Home screen.
2. Now you can click on the Confirm Assessments link in the General Links
3. You will then be taken to the Confirm Assessments page of the assessment chosen.
4. To confirm the assessments, you need to change the Status of each learner. The
status will currently be set to Open.
5. To change the status double click in the Status column, then click the down arrow to
open the dropdown box with the choices of status.
7. Once the first learners status has been changed, you can then click the Fill Down
button to fill the rest of the learners status to Checked.
1. Once all learners status is changed, click the Confirm Marks button at the bottom of
the screen.
2. The page will refresh and if you return to the Unconfirmed Staff assessments page
you will no longer see that assessment in the list.
2. Once there, at the top of the page change the Status filter to the status you have
changed the assessments to (e.g. checked)
3. Click the Filter button and it will bring up any assessments with that status.
5. Once in the Confirm Assessments window, change the status of each learner
to Pending for the assessment to show up in the Your Assessments page
in order to change any marks.
6. Click on Confirm Marks and once the page has refreshed the assessment
will now be found in Your Assessments again.
4. In the left hand navigation pane, scroll down until you get to the Results folder
6. Once the report is chosen enter the relevant information and then click the View
Report button to the side
b. Enter the email address as shown and click the Add option. You may want to
add extra text to the Email Body
b. The report will then be sent to the default printer set on your computer
