Philosophy
Teaching is an arduous profession, it is at the same time, a valuable activity that
comes from the heart, is enjoying with others and learning from others. Emotional and
intellectual childrens development depends in big part of me and I am prepared to exert
the art of teaching. Because education is a continue process, it must be put into practice
as priority. I am aware of what important it is. A big deal and central aspect of education
is to provide learners with academic knowledge, so they can become skillful
practitioners in the future. Additionally, social and civic session or lectures must be
exposed as way to introduce values and virtues to students and transform them in
exceptional persons and excellent citizens so everyone plays a satisfactory role in
society.
Students and teacher have assorted roles or purposes; then, which the role of
each is? In order to accomplish the aim of education, students must develop the
qualities of being eager to learn, responsible of gaining knowledge, participating in
class, developing his/her potential, searching more acquaintance, and pursuing his/her
wellness. Similarly, as instructors, we have to have qualities too, these are:
responsibility, to give each student first level education and help them to obtain the best
result based in knowledge, investigation, and application; preparation and updating, that
allow me to retrieve and renew knowledge and practices with the purpose of working
effectively; orientation, to guide learners in the course of their educational preparation
while being an excellent role model to follow; attitude, to direct each student to achieve
in life; and compassion, to accept people with their defects and virtues and at the same

time, showing and developing acceptance and tolerance toward them. My purpose with
community is to encourage every person to build new citizenships and societies; so
that, culture, heritage, and historical issues could be learned by people of all ages and
their needs while working collectively in places such as libraries, parks, and other sites.
Everything detailed above is also known as commitments, they are responsibilities
every teacher has to have; they are also called promises, which are expecting to be
accomplished. This is what differentiates teacher professions from any other; it gives its
uniqueness the same way as of childrens.
Despite of every learner is unique and has different needs, all of them require of
care and attention. Students need develop themselves within a secure environment on
a way to make grow their inquisitiveness and knowledge. Must be considered that
scholars have a lot of qualities and many times they may act in the role of professors by
teaching different aspects such life, education, and morale to others. Because society
on the present day requires of principles and is in need of improving; a student with
sense of responsibility might lead others to acting the same way. In addition, by
applying and developing the Reconstructionism Educational Philosophy, students might
help societys development and its promptly restoration. It is also stated that the highest
education a student has, the easiest to become involved in building a better place to
live. Other qualities are the ability to learn and methods of learning; students capability
differs greatly among them; while some learn at the first instance, others take time
processing the information received. I will start teaching in the highest level working

really hard for all students get the information. If this is not possible, then I will gradually
go down the level until everybody gets what I want them to acquire.
My beliefs are that all learners are able to find their path to learn and success
and this is possible just through a little impulse. To make students go forward, a helpful,
caring, and loved leader working in conjunction with them and showing them the right
way is what they need to achieve the arduous task. Along with a positive relationship of
respect, discipline, and stimulus, which approaches the behaviorism philosophy, I will
guide students and help them to obtain the goals each chooses on their way to triumph.
I will be the model to follow. Surrounded by a comfortable and organized work place
and learning center, together will discover a marvelous world where activities, study,
and knowledge will be the resources required in order to achieve. Having highly
expectations from students and helping them to accomplish them, I will produce
students go beyond their own beliefs. Patience and compassion besides honesty,
respect, responsibility, and desire to go forward are my tools to gain my purpose of
building honorable and dependable citizens in addition to great professionals. Is very
important to let them know that school is a place in which everyone is there to learn. I
will do students to be knowledge of being in class is for their own wellness.
School/learning is stressful is a phrase that must be avoided; this phrase will not come
out from me. The use of psychology has a backfired, it should be used positively to
create a positive attitude towards education in students.
In order to have competent individuals working in diverse areas, scholars
background such as family, aptitude, and educational development has significant

magnitude. Having knowledge of these essential conditions make easier to keep the
right level to approaching on each of them and also will permit them focusing on their
capabilities of learning. Family and parents, above all, are crucial pieces in scholars
education. Without parents, teaching turn into frustration to students when they are in
early age of didactic progress. Mothers and fathers are necessary in order to enhance
their childrens education. Parents, teachers, and students are joined; if one of them is
not there, the support and strength of the chain is weakened. In addition to this team
which has the same goal, the best for our future generations, colleagues are important
for everybodys growth. The relationship among us will be of respect, support, help,
fellowship, etc., since we all have the same commitment, the wellness of the students.
Also, administrators as the highest level of knowledge and experience will be the role
model for teachers to follow; collaborative work, good communication, and support
among teachers and administrators will be an essential part of school, faculty, and
students growth. The relationship with community, parents, teaching colleagues, and
administrators will be of cooperation since we are all focused on the same aim.
Considering aptitudes as differences of learnings styles, I will center on students
as individuals for the reason that everyone is unique and special. Taking into account
that educational development reflects some benefits in each learner, I plan that
instructions have organization as well as variety, so students are able to acquire all the
given information according to their style of learning. Balanced lessons help divergent
type of understanding; therefore, diversity on material, lectures, and delivered tutoring
will be implemented into the classroom.

Individually assignments will give students the appreciation of independency

which is necessary to them to become responsible and dependable. This method will
permit students to think and analyze the possibilities in order to resolve the project
assigned. Working into small groups, scholars will learn the concepts of collaboration
and cooperation in addition of being responsible. Doing this way, they will be able of
proposing and discussing ideas; listening other group members, and evaluating pros
and cons in order to apply the best solution at the activity assigned. These important
concepts benefit them in the phase of building sense of responsibility and strength of
character. My methods of teaching will be simple and effective; therefore, the class will
be interesting and funny. By providing enthusiasm, support, and motivation every day to
students, they will continue learning and achieving their aspirations. I will remain
learning and growing beside them, since teaching opens doors to knowledge. Teaching
is the key to keep learning and fortunately, reading comes alongside. I love reading, so
this activity will be on my daily agenda because is well known that lecture is a good
habit and above all, the best hobby which offers all kind of possible worlds. Personally, I
like the phrase said by the American poet James Russell Lowell, Books are bees
transporting pollen from one intellect to another. I agree with.
As a challenging occupation, teaching is an incredible experience in which
mutual knowledge is shared by who teaches and by who is taught. Education is an area
of instruction into an environment in which the knowledge and entertainment come hand
by hand and where philosophy of teaching may be useful to individuals and society in
order to get a better place in which everybody can develop and grow in every aspect.
