your agility and endurance.First- we will be doing
ladders{teacherdemonStrates)'Youw.i|1runthroughthe
ladders one foot at a time. Next. there are coneshere that
you're loing to zig-zag around. When you get to the end
of the zig-zag station. you'll back-pedalto the next cone.
From there.you'll walk back over to the ladders. The
secondtime y'ougo througi the circuit, you'll jump into
eachspaceon the ladders. You'll then continuethrough
the rest of the circuit the same\vay you did the first time:
zig-zag back-pedal, and u'alk to the ladders. The third
time going through the ladders.you'll jump in and out of
