Strategic objectives of the company
Strategic objectives of the HR department
Selected practices (5)
Detailed analysis on how the practices are aligned or not with the strategic
objectives of the company as well as of the HR department
7. Gap analysis between ideal SHRM framework and existing situation at
selected company. This gap analysis may be based on the five practices but
you can add additional information in gap analysis from your visit to
organization or your research on it.
8. Propose steps to implement SHRM at your selected organization.
9. References should be given in APA format.
There is no word or Page limit; however, keep in mind that a detailed and
thorough research work is expected.
