Quarter 4 Report <40>


General Summary of Quarter _4_
When quarter 4 start, my company still lost profit in every single week. We lost profit about 10
thousand to 100 thousand which is every bad! The revenue that we got in single week is around
10 thousand to 60 thousand which is obviously cannot make any profit. The efficiency of main
office is only about 22.20% and its affect all subdivisions work efficiency, products quality and
amount of customers that visit our store. Even my stores services are in very high level but still
customers are complaining about poor efficiency of the main office and store. Only a few of
products in clothes store and food store can make profit but it still not enough and I got a lot of
unprofitable products in stocks.
So I got an idea to deal with it by creating ware house and move products there and sale it
again in lower cost and strange that it work! There a customer that sign contact with both of my
warehouse which are Food warehouse and manufactured warehouse. Even they sign contact with
only a few products in my warehouse but it still make me a profit about 40 thousand which is
completely different from last time that I still lost profit about 10 thousand. The products that
make profit for my company are outer wear, bag & brief case, bread feta cheese and corn flake.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses


In this quarter, in the first period our company still lost profit and it take about 30-100 thousand and we
got revenue only about 10 to 60 thousand average which is a lot. The reason that I lost profit still the same
that my company lack of work efficiency which is affect product quality and store reliability. Also we got too
much supply in stock and most of it is unprofitable and it useless to keep it.
So at last I determined on create new subdivision which is warehouse I decided to create it in case to

Unprofitable products from the stocks and sale it in lower cost, at first theres no customer sign contact
with me
But from now on there are customer sign contract with my ware house and that make my profit goes up
from -60 thousand to 400 thousand which is a lot and it never be like this before which is a lot but still we
got a very low work efficiency.

Price -Because if amount of price is not too high or proper to quality of good , so people
going to buy it

Quality- Because quality is one of the component that make product being more interesting
and requiring

Type of products -Because product type is a component that judges how much value of that
product requiring. Every country got a difference popular products

Efficiency-Is the component that judge how good of your company and product is.

Reliability- Its important because its a thing that make customer interested and trust on our
products
