The Veggiecation Program is a

culinary-nutrition education program that introduces children to the wonderfully delicious
and nutritious world of vegetables. This is done by incorporating unique and kid-friendly
vegetable preparations into fun activities and exciting experiences. By replacing food
fears and resistance with ownership and positive peer pressure, your children are
empowered to expand their horizons while simultaneously improving their nutritional
status and knowledge. A food fee of $20 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
Designed for children in Grades K-5.
Instructor Amy Grabowski is thrilled to be part of the Veggiecation Educator team. As a middle school
teacher, Amy experiences daily the boundless energy, curiosity and enthusiasm of children and
adolescents. With a Masters Degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management from Rowan University, she
