Annual Report
Our business was located in Toshkent, Uzbekistan. Then we expand
our business to Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. The reason why I choose this
country is because Cuba has a good environment. There are a lot of
population lives here, low level of taxes and the lowest rent area. In
Uzbekistan we have Office, Food store, Clothes store, Laboratory, and
Sausage Factory. Then we were closed Sausage Factory and Laboratory
because it not works and we lost many profits. After that we opened
Electronic Store and then opened Office, Food store, Clothes store, and
Furniture store in Cuba. So we have 1 office and 3 stores for each country.
Now we have 2 offices and 6 stores all over the world. We sell many things
such as Food store, which sell every thing about foodstuff, grocery, and
also include with drugstore, Clothes store, which sell every thing about
cloth, jewelry, and toys, and Furniture store, which sell every thing about
furniture, electronic, and cars. We can gain lots of profit in our company.
We decide to have a sale season at the end of the year to make more
circulation into our company. The concept of the promotion is to sale every
thing in our store up to 50% and that will attract more customer because
all of our products are high quality but in the last week of the years we sell
every thing in a lower price. The goal of this promotion is to return profit
back to our beloved customers. And also regard as the most successful
week ever since we open our company. Our asset and revenue is
increasing and increasing constantly thats means our company can make
a profit for a long terms.
Next we will explain about problems that we found in our company
and the solution of these problems. First our business was unstable
because we establish not to long ago we not get a profit from every store.
But we have a good sponsor that always gives us money to invest
business. We use that money to expand our store area because there is
some customers wait in front our store. So it can support enough for the
customer. When our stores are bigger so customers are increase we need
to hire more employees to serve all customer. Then I, raise their salary,
training them, and repair equipment in office every week because if we
have good quality of employees and equipment, we will get a high
efficiency. For Supply, we always look for high quality and low price. If
there are too much expensive and low quality, I will not purchase because
we think that the consumer also dont want to consume a low quality but
high price. The week that we expand our company to Cuba, our revenue is
still the same but our expense is increase because I spend a lot of money
but there are only short terms. There are only a few customer came to our
store so, we try to use an advertisement to promote our store and invite
more customers. But this is doesnt work and waste a lot of money
because a number of customer that visit our store still the same. So, we
decided to cancel it and focus to increase more quality of supply and set
to an appropriate price. Actually our product is not a good brand but if our
products are good, the customers will come to buy it again. This will
decrease a competition between other companies. At the end, our sponsor
stop give us money any more but our Company still stable and become a
successful company.
There are many challenges that we have forced from 4 quarters.
First is a uncertainly of business when we start our company. At first our
business is unstable because we dont know how to go to the right way
and increase profit. Next is to find a right business location with a good

price and much population. Next is finding good employees because the
employees are reflecting our company image. Good employees will
represent a good image of our company. So we need to train them and
find a people who hardworking and passionate with a good service. Next is
a risk of management such as money management and resource
management. These things are important to our company because if we
have a good money and resource management, our capital are raising up.
And we will use this capital to invest an innovation of our business. Last
one is Balance quality and growth to keep a company efficiency and
growth in the same way. So we must improve our efficiency and our
company growth will be increase.

According to the graph, in second quarter you can see that our business is
growth very well. My Company assets is increased and increased
continuously. And we can earn money around 14,000,000$ in 13 weeks. By
the way there are a sponsor that always support us by give money to
invest a business. However, we will try to increase an assets from a
customers not from a sponsor because profit from a customer show that
my business is growth constantly. Next quarter, our sponsor stop giving
money to support my business after we got around 45,000,000$ and after
that we need to increase an assets by ourselves. Last quarter, our
Company assets is increased and increased continuously. And we can earn
money around 1,500,000$ in 13 weeks. The graph shows that our income
is less than from every quarter before because our sponsor didnt give us
money any more. But revenue of our company still increases every week
and stable. Now, our company can stand by ourselves and become
successful.

year. This table shows details about our company cash flow, which
spend to raw materials & goods, trademark, and Equipment and
technics. You can see that we spend a lot of money to invest our
company. We have spent on raw materials & goods, Trademark, and
Equipment and technics by step.

According to the chart that shows about our company expense all
over the year. The most things that we spend money for is Products
Purchase which is 42% from our expense. Next is Facility Rent, which is
27 %, Production Expense for 15%, Employees salary for 12 %, and the
last one is Customs Duties, which is 4%. We only spend money for
things that our company really needs to improve our efficiency and
make more profit. All of these things we already make sure that we
spent worthily.

According to the profit graph, you can see that our company profit is
unstable because some weeks we have to spend money to improve our
efficiency such as increase employees salary and send them to training.
But in the last week of the year we can make a lot of profit because our
promotion that is Year End Sale can make more circulation in our company.

We know that every one attract with sale products. So, this promotion can
increase of sale volume and gain a lot of profit.

According to the line graph above that show information about our
stock value, a quantity of pro ducts that we purchase per week and
quantity of products that we can sell per week. We have 5 main products
that become the best seller in our store such as Sugars, Soft drink, Bread,
Household Chemistry, and the best of the best product is Office supplies
that we can sold all of it. Because we have a lot of product that have
better quality of product than other company and we sell it lower that
other company so we can sell all of it and gain more profit.

Plans for the next fiscal year


Next year we plan to expand our company the other country and
become a biggest company all over the world. We also try to keep a high
efficiency, best store service and high quality of products. We buy low but
sell high to minimize our cost and maximize our profit but we also make
sure that our product is high quality to make the customer trust our
company. First, we plan to open a new store and expand store area to
support enough customers and our supplies. Second, We plan to increase
quality of technology and employees. We try to hire more employees to
support enough customers and send them to training and increase their
salary to have the best service for our customers and improve efficiency in
our company. Third, we also look for a quality of our supplies. We plan to

increase more quality of supplies. Finally, if we can do this entire plan, we


will have more customers for sure and then our profit will be increase and
stable and become a successful company.
