He has been in management education since 1972 and has over 37 years of professional experience in management education. research, consulting and institution building. He is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, from where he did his Bachelor and Master's program in commerce, He did his Ph.D. work at Delhi School of Economics in the marketing area and was awarded the Ph.D. by Delhi University. He has taught at XLRI- Jamshedpur, S.P. Jain Institute of management & Research, Mumbal, IM Calcutta and IM Indore.
