Description

ENVACOL206 is a special eco-friendly formulation that provides long

lasting performance and optimum binding effect on its application for
Dust Control/Dust Suppressant and Coal Quality Protection.
ENVACOL206 is water based solution which includes of binding agent
that provides long lasting binding performance and Surfactant.
The coating/filming effect will maintain coal moisture level and coal
temperature which is consequently protects coal quality and minimizes
spontaneous combustion.
ENVACOL206 is easy to apply (easy to dilute), sustainable and
durable, do not wash away with rain, non-corrosive material,
Environmental friendly and non hazardous.

Application
Each location requires a unique dilution based on coal handling, coal
type, size distribution and weather conditions. Training and experience
are necessary prior to a successful application. Site and project review
is important to optimize application. Dilution Rate (with water) is 1:3040, Application Rate is 50-200 ppm.
Common application method is using nozzle spray manifold attached
on coal conveyor system. Loading capacity determines number of
nozzle, spray capacity and pump capacity.

Environmental
All ingredients of ENVACOL206 have been assessed as
biodegradable. The rate of degradation will be accelerated in moist soil
conditions and those with high organic content. Acute toxicity of the
primary degradation is accordingly very low, please refer to the MSDS.

Packaging
ENVACOL206 is optionally packaged in recyclable 20 liter can, 200
liter plastic drum, 1000 liter IBC or Tank containers.

Handling And Storage

This product is considered as non-hazardous material. When applying
the diluted product, good industrial hygiene practices should be used
to minimize any exposure to potential skin, eye or respiratory contact.
