Present simple auxiliaries:

am/is/are
(ser, estar,tener)

Do/does
(para preguntar o negar
cualquier otro verbo que no
signifique ser, estar,tener )

These auxiliaries cant be mixed. If we use do or does, we cant use any to be form.
